Research on Entrepreneurial Talent Training of Public Service Administration Specialty

As a new innovative training model, entrepreneurship education has been integrated into the theory and practice of higher education teaching activities, which is required in the changing times. For working in concert with entrepreneurship education and training innovative and practical talent, Public Service Administration of Baicheng Normal University conducted a pilot entrepreneurship education. The reform changed talent training mode, carried on a full range of exploration on teaching content, teaching methods, faculty construction and other aspects, and have achieved good results. This article puts forward some suggestions from four aspects of specialty training objectives, theory teaching system, practice teaching system, teaching staff construction, and around entrepreneurial talents training of public service administration specialty, also carries on written communication on some practical operation experiences of Baicheng Normal University
