摘要：
The continuous development of automation technology will deeply influence the development of automation specialty. Combining the actual situation of automation specialty, this paper defines the development orientation and the talent training goal of automation specialty, explores a new talent training mode through a series of measures, such as reforming course system, strengthening engineering ability exercitation, paying attention to the teachers' engineering quality, which meet the demand of socail development for the automation specialty talent.
