Research on the Talent Cultivation Training Model of Work and Study Combination of Computer Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Based on the already existing researches and successful experience, this paper combined the practice of Computer major in Higher Vocational Colleges and made a careful analysis of the constituents and existing problems of the training mode in school-enterprise cooperation. It carried out a research on school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study in three aspects which are teaching management, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. It also focused on the exploration of creating development base which are welcomed by both the companies and students for developing high-quality staff, and also a school training mode double teachers for teacher team building and guarantee platform for sustainable development of the colleges.
