摘要：
Based on the investigation of defection in traditional warehouses, the paper mainly focuses on warehouse automation rebuilding scheme, aiming at small and medium enterprises to enhance space utilization and operational efficiency. The scheme of re-planning and re-designing of traditional warehouse and computer management & control system based on wireless Radio-Frequency and barcode technology were determined to take full advantage of original equipments. A forklift truck which is reconstructed was also determined to enhance the space utilization efficiency. The result of this study is helpful to the transmission from small and medium enterprises to logistics-oriented one.
