摘要：
This paper, using the qualitative research approach of conventional accounting, studies the problem of difficulties of the small and medium-sized enterprises' financing and proposes that the financing of small and medium-sized private enterprises looks like a narrow channel of financing, in fact the systemic problem is the deeply reason. And it is not enough to solve the problem by issuing some policies, the reform in financial system had to deepen and the financial had to be accelerated to adjust. Finally, this paper draws to the conclusions of methods of solving this problem.
