Development of a low energy electron beam source using the photoelectric effect

摘要
We have developed an electron beam source using the photoelectric effect. From the preliminary results of the photoemission current measurements using mW LEDs, it is expected that the electron beam source of current similar to 100 nA and energy spread < 0.2 eV can be realized by using a high-power light source.
