摘要
In the knowledge economy era, knowledge is a kind of resource that is the most difficult to replace. In this paper, a research model is constructed on the basis of relevant theoretical studies performed by the foreign scholars, in which the organizational career management is used as independent variable, organizational commitment is used as a mediator, and knowledge sharing as outcome variable. This paper gives a preliminary explanation on the findings and puts forward relevant suggestions.
