摘要
Based on a survey on 14 commercial banks in China, this paper researches on the relationship between Chinese commercial banks' knowledge management styles and organizational performance. Moreover, the paper analyzes which style of knowledge management in commercial banks is more suitable to the banking sector and has a positive effect on the bank's organization performance. The main conclusion is that, the styles of knowledge management in Chinese commercial banks can be divided into positive style, moderate style and passive style, different styles of knowledge management would lead to different organizational performance, to be successful in knowledge management, tacit and explicit knowledge should both be taken into consideration in commercial banks, only do they neglect neither can make them accomplish the best performance.
