Study on the BT Financing Model of Non-business Public Building in the Post-disaster Reconstruction - Case Study of GuangYuan

摘要
Wenchuan earthquake caused great damage to Sichuan Province, the post-disaster reconstruction faced tremendous financial pressure. Taking Guangyuan as an example, through investigating the construction financing source of non-business public building, analysing the conditions of BT financing model which was used to the non-business public building construction, and then put forward that after the three years rebuilding period, the non-business public building construction could adopt BT financing mode. Drawing the diagram of non-profit public buildings BT project financing mode, and analysing the advantages and disadvantages of BT financing mode which was used to the non-profit public building, and got that BT financing model used to the non-business public building could alleviate the government post-disaster reconstruction pressure, and the project investors could also obtain good returns.
