摘要
With Harbin urban land utilization as a prototype, using the intensity calculation model and AHP method, this paper analyses the current land utilization and build a combination of intensive land use potential evaluation system and optimize the allocation system. The conclusion that Harbin land has a great potential to dig is drawn. At the same time, this paper put forward methods to build intensive land use potential evaluation system to meet the city's economic, social, ecological three-effective comprehensive development. The system will provide a basis for land management.
