摘要：
In order to promote urban land intensive use in Tianjin, this paper analyzes the present situation and the existent problems of urban land intensive use in Tianjin on the base of the relative theories. The result shows that the intensive use of urban land in Tianjin is in the transitional period from extensive growth to intensive growth with the low level of intensive urban land use, irrational structure; and disordered function layout. The author suggests that the improvement of urban land intensive use in Tianjin is through reasonable city planning, urban land consolidation, and land replacement etc.
