摘要
The rapid development of economy and society promotes the demand for construction land. The contradiction between people and land becomes increasingly acute. The realization of intensive urban construction land use is an effective way to ensure the economic and social sustainable development. In order to ease the man-land conflicts and improve the degree of intensive land use, it is necessary to get a clear understanding to the influence factors and the action mechanism, and identify the dominant factors. Based on the economic, social and ecological factors impacting intensive land use, the thesis constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the influence mechanism in intensive land use, and uses the social, economic and land-use data during 1998-2007 in Liaoning province to make correlation analysis between intensive urban land use and its influence factors. The results of the study show that: the level of economic development, capital investment and the level of urbanization are the most important factors influencing intensive urban land use in Liaoning province during the period.
