Policy of the Intensive Urban Land-use in Harbin

In the different phrases of urbanization, there are great differences in some respects such as the land utilization mode, the land utilization structure, the industry structure and land investment level. So are the ways and priorities of intensive urban land utilization. Intensive urban land utilization is a concept of spatial differentiation as well as a dynamic process. According to the city's economic power, natural condition, the urbanization level and industrial distribution, Harbin takes a series of feasible methods and policies towards intensive urban land utilization in recent years. This paper mainly focuses on analyzing the policy of intensive urban land utilization and also proposes the relevant improvement strategies.
