摘要
The application of relationship marketing in customer management of travel agency is helpful to solve the problems caused by weak tourism marketing. The method of keeping the long-term good relationship with the customer in the fierce travel market competition is the key of managing advantage for travel agency. On analysis of the significance for application of relationship marketing in customer management of Chinese travel agency, the paper puts forward the principles for application of relationship marketing in customer management. It states the basic methods for application of customer-centric relationship marketing in detail, in order to reduce marketing cost and increase profits of travel agency in China effectively.
