摘要
In this paper, we conduct research on the customer relationship and marketing channel management under Internet environment. Customer relationship management got rapid development in the past ten years. However, due to different scholars research perspectives and research starting point of difference, their research conclusion is not the same, and even contradictory, so it is necessary from the basic theory of customer relationship management, customer relationship management connotation and the evolution of organization performance, customer relationship management effect such aspects as system research on the current situation in this area, and on the basis of proven the limitations of the existing research and its development trend in the future. Our research combines the advantages of Internet to build up novel customer relationship and marketing channel management system which will largely enhance the current management model. In the future, more corresponding research will be conduct to modify the present approach.
