摘要：
On the basis of analyzing employee turnover causes in enterprises, a comprehensive model of employee turnover influencing factors was built, and a hierarchical index system for evaluating employee turnover risk was composed in this article. We also proposed fuzzy-analysis evaluation methods and the corresponding management strategies on employee turnover risk in enterprises.
