摘要
Since China introduced reform and opening policies, the real estate industry has obtained the extremely rapid development and already has become pillar industry in our country. The survey results showed that the turnover rate of the human resource in the real estate industry is relative higher than that of the others. Therefore, it has an important meaning to target-oriented study employee turnover in real estate enterprises under the intense global competition for the talents. This article analyzes the current situation and the causes of the employee turnover and offers the countermeasures which reduce employee turnover in real estate enterprises in China.
