On some obstacles in communication and transfer of knowledge

In the introductory part of this paper the problems which represent the obstacles in the communication and knowledge transfer are discussed and the complexity of the comprehension of nature, described by the existing speaking and mathematical languages, is outlined The means of natural phenomena investigations are given. After the task is described a procedure for making an analysis of existing procedures of human comprehension, which includes the means of investigations, is given. On the basis of this analysis the task should be successfully solved A practical comparison of the existing mathematical language is given with a solution of two examples. Conclusions are given in the form of a list of scientific contributions.
