摘要
Through the researches on implement of strategic management for telecom service under the market economy, this paperdiscusses the knight service is the whole ability and essential mission for the telecom enterprise. It also brings forward the standpoint of telecom service strategic integrity: including setting service conception, fully understanding the client service need, the service design and implementation, the service staff management, the service quality control and making the customers satisfied and faithful.
