摘要
E-government has become the trend of the developments of governments. With the fast development of the E-governments, it becomes critical to set up both an E-government criteria system and a reasonable E-government evaluation indexes. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a multi-criteria decision method that utilizes structured pair-wise comparisons among systems of similar alternative strategies to produce a scale of preference. This paper aims to elucidate the factors that affect success in E-government using the AHP.
