摘要
Two new sesquiterpene glycosides, 8 alpha,12,15 beta-trihydroxycopacamphan-15-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and dendrobiumane C-11-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), along with three known terpenoids (3-5) were isolated from the aerial stems of Dendrobium henanense. Their structures were elucidated based on NMR-spectroscopic and HR-MS analyses. All compounds could reduce the levels of NO, TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells with IC50 values ranging from 10.37 to 34.55 mu M.
