摘要
The effects of five kinds of inorganic acid, namely, phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid(pH value was from 3 to 4, acid density was 0.1 N and 1N) on the corrosive-abrasive characteristics of high chromium cast iron were studied. The results show that variable acid radical had an important influence on the corrosive-abrasive characteristics of high chromium cast iron under the same slurry condition. The influence degree of slurry acid radical was in the sequence of HCl(HF)&rarrH2SO4(HNO3)&rarrH3PO4 according to the corrosive-abrasive rate from high to low. The increase of acid radical density had no influence on the sequence, but the corrosive-abrasive rate increased with the increase of acid density. As acid density was high than 0.1N the corrosive-abrasive rate higher than that of stainless steel. The influence of acid radical on the corrosive-abrasive rate was closely related to the influence of acid radical on the corrosive rate of high chromium cast iron.
