摘要
Herein, the computer-guided design, chemical synthesis, and biological evaluation of a Ruc polypyridine complex, that could eradicate cancerous cells upon excitation with red light at 630 nm, is reported. This study details the computer-guided design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of a Ru(ii) polypyridine complex for PDT. The complex can be excited with red light at 630 nm, showing great potential for treating large or deep-seated tumors.
