摘要
Antiarrhythmic activity of alpha-hexamethylene carbonic acid derivatives was assessed using artificial arrhythmias induced in rats. rabbits and guinea pigs. The compounds tested efficiently prevented the aconotine arrhythmia evoked by a modification of Na+ channels. In radical testing reactions they acted as electron donors, similar to other Na+ channel blockers. The electron-donor potency correlated qualitatively with the antiarrhythmic activity of the drugs.
