摘要
The authors present a conceptual analysis of the epistemological trend consulting approached from two edges functional and other professional service, both methods not being antagonistic, but complementary. Having established a conceptual sequence outlined the presence of the Consulting Process in Cuba, where the Model "Business Improvement" is recognized as a management paradigm; valid to apply in the business context is Cuban. A model of management consulting, process is proposed to introduce the dimension of Knowledge Management in an integrated manner to the Global Strategy four Cuban entities, showing the indicators studied in each of the entities that constitute the application scenario to demonstrate the validity of the model and the degree of applicability. Finally one of the outputs of the consultancy applied to an entity evidenced.
