The tacit knowledge from the perspective of different organizational positions

摘要
The tacit knowledge varies due to the different organizational position. There are several studies, where managers and accountants are contrasted in decision-making process. 41 accountants and 130 managers from Moscow (Russia) participated in the survey, which examines the value priorities and attitudes towards task and relationship orientations of organizational culture in the both of groups. Accountants and managers assess individual values and organizational culture a likely, but they are motivated by different means as well their decisions are made on the different basal because that accountants and managers had different patterns of connections between individual values and organizational culture.
