摘要
This study used a plyometric training tailored to a group of non-athlete children (n=15) (12,8 +/- 0,8 years; 1,56 +/- 0,09 M; 48,7 +/- 8,5 kg) over a period of 6 weeks training (twice weekly). The objective was to demonstrate whether it is possible to increase the power (P) of lower extremities by increasing the elastic index (EI). Jumps were measured Squat Jump (SJ) and Countermovement Jump (CMJ) and calculated P and EI. The results of the pre-training (26,51 +/- 5,1 SJ; 28,52 +/- 6,5 CMJ; 1834 +/- 853,04 P; 8,17 +/- 3,7 EI) and post- training (28,46 +/- 6,2 SJ; 32,07 +/- 6,9 CMJ; 2018 +/- 871,39 P; 13,23 +/- 1,9 EI) indicate (p < 0.05). The results show that this type
