摘要：

The title molecule, C16H22N2O2S, is the naphthalenic bioisostere of sumatriptan, a well known agonist of the 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HT1D receptor. The ethylamine side chain adopts an extended conformation (ac,ap,ap) and its plane is perpendicular to the naphthalene ring plane. This is very similar to that already observed in some analogous indole derivatives.
