In the following article the acmeological approach is considered in the context of teachers' qualified training. This approach allows the individual professional development in accordance with modern requirements (modernization of the education). It is noted that the process of qualified training using the opportunities of acmeological approach should be built on acmeooriented technologies, whose main features are subordination to the principles of humanism and focus on the achievement of higher levels of human development. The analysis of technologies with high acmeological potential is in progress. The possibilities of acmeological support for a teacher in the process of qualified training through a system of events in the pre-course period (acmeological counseling technology) and the intercourse period (formal and informal training) are accentuated. The attention is focused on the technique of development of teachers' acmeological position in the process of qualified training. Diagnostic and practical stages of the technique implementation are represented. The methods of teachers' acmeological position development are described. The conclusion stating that the technique of development of teachers' acmeological position aims at providing personal and professional development in the progressive direction is proved.
