摘要
Blended training for learning is an interesting phrase in the training world, and it usually refers to a mixing of traditional face-to-face classroom facilitation with computer-based phase modules - usually self-based phase online training. Training Learning professionals have to start focusing more on improving people's performance, than on simply delivering out comes content. Teacher trainees learn from one another, Internet searches, blogs, and countless other places. Cambridge performance training support has connecting workers with the resources they need at the time that they need them. Oddly, once Nile International schools start doing that, they had built a true blended learning model. This research paper is considered a reflect of real case study class room training Helwan university Associate Professor Sahar Khalil TOT affiliated with Cambridge university Examination center teacher development project TDP of their standard blended teacher training at the Nile International Schools in Egypt for art and Design curriculum through (1-9) grades level. Improving the subject matter knowledge and pedagogical skills of teachers of ART and Design and ICT is a key priority for many influences.
