摘要
The present work focuses in theoretical aspects related with the pedagogical training of the teachers of the Technical career in Penitentiary Security. As from its creation at the Superior Technical Institutes of Penitentiary formation in Ecuador, it reflects on the pedagogical training that is required, when unveiling his particularities, with the job of the qualitative methodology, and methods of the theoretical level and empiricist, which enabled demonstrating the need and the pedagogical importance of the training with contents and confirming the importance of the same for the teacher without initial pedagogical formation, which contribute to the permanent teaching formation and their performance.
