摘要：
The key problem of continuous teacher training at the technical university is its content development based on the integration of engineering, postgraduate and additional education programmes. The many requirements of educators' qualifications have established the task of new teacher training. The paper describes the various requirements of a modern teacher and discusses the principles of continuous teacher training at a technical university. A diagram that illustrates the prime concepts of the training of a technical university teacher is also given. The paper also details information about the integration of education programmes in teacher training at Tambov State Technical University, Tambov, Russia.
