摘要：
In the article contains results of research of socially-pedagogical aspects of sports management; is defined the role and the basic approaches in management of the personnel taking into account modern conditions of development of sports movement of Ukraine; is revealed features of run by the personnel of the sports organizations taking into account modern conditions of development of sphere. Work of specialists on physical training and sports on the sense is one of aspects of pedagogical work. It demands for the qualitative execution, a high level of professional qualification, fixed his increase, regeneration of a professional knowledge.
