摘要
Relationship between learning styles (LS) and self-regulated learning (SRL) as competence of higher education students is analyzed through mixed approach research. This study includes 337 participants. The LSI of KOLB and CAAR (Self-regulated Questionnaire) were applied. Also surveys and interviews were administrated. No correlation was found between EA and AR. By ANOVA analysis, we found that gender significantly influences the size of EA reflective observation with a significance of 0.017. The career significantly influences the preference of the students in the EA dimension active experimentation with a significance of 0.021. The qualitative study provides information that could suggest how the relationship of different ways to study is with the presence or absence of AR. The instrument CAAR is one of the contributions of this study.
