摘要
The research aimed to determine the relationship between emotional attitude of the director and organizational culture in early education institutions in the Municipality School 4. The study was based on a descriptive; this research is supported by various theories such as Goleman (2006), Sterret (2005), and Gardner (2004), Robbins (2006), Slocum (2004), and others. The population consisted of 76 subjects between principals and teachers from four schools early education, it was made a questionnaire with 48 items that measured both variables for managers and teachers, with the alternatives always, almost always, almost ever and ever. Validity was established by judgment of 5 experts; also performed reliability determined through Cronbach Alpha formula with a score of 0.89 which led to its high reliability. The results highlighted the inadequate emotional attitude of the director, which does not allow transforming the organizational culture adapted to changing conditions required by society, it determining the need to develop theoretical guidelines to improve the emotional attitude.
