摘要
The metaphor of organizational memory is used in many different ways and with very different understandings in the organizational theories in general and in knowledge management in particular; this diversity of approaches reflects the initial stage of studies on this subject. This research seeks to contribute to this understanding, identifying and analyzing the dimensions of management use of organizational memory through a transdisciplinary approach and a dual totalizing focus which includes the organizational memory as an object of study and as a process that integrates organizational and market practices. From the inter-relationship studies of memory in the socials and humanities sciences and the concepts and practices of organizational memory is proposed a model to organizational memory.
