摘要
Each day, the challenges of society are increasing the complexity of organizational processes, and as these grow, organizations have faced to respond with further refinement. This is where the human capital management has made great strides in order to improve the efficiency of employees within each organization. Every day, it becomes more apparent that knowledge is one of the elements that constitute a competitive advantage among organizations, so they have developed a series of activities aimed at training, exchange and sharing of such knowledge, in order to improve the productivity of the organization. Given that is the human resource who possess such knowledge, has become fundamental from top management favor the selection, development and retention of human capital capable of creating, transmitting and also learn valuable knowledge within the organization. This is where the skills management, and generate training gaps cuts comes as a powerful tool for managing human capital strategy way.
