摘要：
This article is a product of the research "Uses of methodologies for research in law science". It shows, first, the methodology that led to the final outcome of the research, and secondly, some sections of the referential framework for the reading of the units of analysis selected. In third place, it presents findings that show methodological elements found in the corpus studied and, fourthly, some final considerations.
