摘要：
This article describes a research project and the experience of integrating a lean-type of continuous improvement approach in a Quebec library, namely certain units of the BAnQ's organisation, more specifically the Grande Bibliotheque. It also reports the experience of the individuals who actively participated in the various integration processes of this approach. The positive aspects and the more difficult moments were identified.
