摘要
The business operates in a competitive environment in which to survive and grow in the business environment, it is necessary to encourage and promote the communication. Small and medium enterprises, key players in national economies, cannot forget develop these activities, important for business development. This paper presents the main results of a study that analyzes the importance of SMEs granted to communication in their business strategies. From a quantitative research methodology based on the questionnaire technique, you can see how SMEs are aware of this importance, breaking with the traditional perspective that understands that the development of communication strategies is not important to them for SMEs.
