摘要：
The article contains a comparative analysis of the way the subject "Family Law" is taught in different National Universities Law Schools of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It describes the order of the subject in the curricula and its duration. At the same time, includes a comparative analysis of the programs of the different universities, contrasting its structure, contents, references and timeliness. Finally, we introduced the topic of the teaching methods, with the possible benefits for the students.
