摘要：
Sinha and Shah (1988) established the E-optimality of a class of 3-concurrence most balanced designs. Here some methods of constructing a special class of these designs, together with tables of designs in the range of r less-than-or-equal-to 20 and k less-than-or-equal-to 10, are given. A family of E-optimal 3-concurrence most balanced designs is also provided.
