摘要
This paper surveys recent expert systems applications in agriculture and food processing. These applications are evaluated in terms of their goals, state of development, implementation needs, and difficulties. We conclude with a discussion of appropriate AI techniques specific to this subject area, as well as new trends and emerging technology.
