摘要：
Enantioselective preparation of (-)-(2S,5S)-N-benzyl-trans-2,5-bis(acetoxymethyl) pyrrolidine was carried out by the lipase-catalyzed hydrolysis of racemic diacetate in phosphate buffer contained 20% DMSO.
