摘要
This article questions the scope, meaning and sense of education today, and the importance of a constitutional pedagogy for the education of world citizens with autonomous life projects. It discusses how the new constitution is constructed out of participatory democracy, where participation is both a right and as a duty. Mechanisms of participation are pointed out as well as the lack of them and the fundamental rights. Finally, the responsibility of education in the construction of the new citizen is established particularly from a social education standpoint.
