摘要
How can supervision support the implementation of Lean-Service-Principles in organizations? The article discusses the challenges LS offers at the level of employes, management, interactional- and team-structures as well as of organisation. It shows specific qualities of supervision as applied to relevant problem areas together with its abiliy to cope with LS-requirements. Supervision itself ist highlighted as a lean process that can not only professionalize, but also relieve, integrate and increase organizational flexibility.
