摘要
Costumer Service Strategy is an effective business strategy for modem enterprise, which can create valuable intangible assets,meanwhile greatly enhance the cohesion and competitiveness. This essay designed the service system for telecommunication under the All-round Operation Environment using Lean Service which embodied Customer-centric operating notion on a higher level,at the same time, it can help to exalt the operating capabilities on customer service effectively develop new business and profoundly excavate new areas of customer value.
