摘要：
The behavior of a mechanically nonuniform welded joint with a crack-like defect in the weld, or on the contact boundary between two homogeneous and isotropic parts with different plastic constants is examined. Computational formulas are presented for determination of plastic-flow stress (stress of plastic instability) and failing pressure of a large-diameter pipe with a longitudinal surficial defect in the base metal.
