摘要
he purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical and reflective overview about beginning at a university faculty and the induction process implied. The professional socialization stage the teacher lives at the beginning of their careers has been an object of analysis especially in the North American context and there is a wide literature on other settings different to universities. This work is based on those ideas in order to contextualize these issues to the university setting.
