摘要
The excessively high frequency of industrial accidents, together with new workers' safety regulations and increasing interest of the public to this problem, made it necessary for the companies to go beyond the mere respect of these norms and to adopt an occupational safety and health management system. The occupational safety and health management system introduce important elements to improve the safety at the workplace and to reduce the risks values, such as: awareness, information, training, search of dialogue, involvement, accurate definition of duties and responsibilities. This System seeks to involve all people working in the company - employer and employees - through a method involving regular communication, information and training. Many industrial accidents are due to the lack of awareness of danger on the part of workers. Before starting to work, every employee should know how to work. However, knowing how to work means knowing what the risks involved in the job are. In order to improve, it is necessary to prevent, in order to prevent it is necessary to know. Only by disseminating this knowledge on the dangers that could arise from working can the least educated worker understand how to behave in case dangerous situations turned out to be risks.
